Razzed it Friday and Razzed it today with some mates too, we didn't take pictures tho as we was to busy to be stopping for pictures kinda wish we had got some good ones in tho today

Jumped on the Motorway and allmost decided to call it a day as it startted lashing it down on thhe way to yorkshire, thankfully we didnt as it was over in no time and the roads was dry past Kirby Lonsdale, any way we got off at J34 to Devils, had a bew and a piss,

then upto Sedbergh and onto Hawes,

stopped at Hawes for another piss,

then on through Leyburn and stopped for fuel at Richmond and another piss,

then came back along the same road for a few miles and took the fork to Reeth,

then back to Hawes via that buttertubs pass Cliff gate road my god it was steep!,

stopped for 5 mins lat Hawes to the bikes cool down as they got worked hard going up the mountain and then worked the brakes hard coming down the other side,

then from Hawes down to Ingleton and towards the motorway again via Burton in Lonsdale

The flying Bannana has gone through some transformations there. Having no belly pan must be like peeling the skin back.

I like those big fat Akra links CK.

Left the house at 7am and rode the wheels off it for 3 hrs.

It likes the Remus pipes with the jetting left over from the vipers.... Had power everywhere and I kept trying to change up only to find I was already in top.... Running even stronger than when it had vipers on.

Tagged onto the back of 3 1000cc sports bikes, and one of them was clear a track refugee as he mono wheeled past 100 plus (undesclosed units of speed officer) overtakes and used all the road, but the other 2 couldn't get away from me, so I think they were a bit upset :D

Need some suspension fiddling now though, as new front tyre has introduced a slight speed weave at silly speeds.

Well spotted..... Is there an eagle eyes completion with you and Carl going on

It's alright, it was an older photo, wasn't taken yesterday, but it showed the old wheels.

Today the missus and I have been out on the bike too. She seems to be getting on with it ok. Just can't tell if the poisition still isn't right or she is getting sore because she hasn't been on a bike in 5months or so

Could this ignition pick up be bad ?

No, they either work or they don't.
Unless you haven't plugged it in fully....

Today I pulled carbs and swapped jets seven times. Still not right. That's on top of the five times yesterday- tbh getting very bored now.

Most of the problem was the MWR filter- no matter what jets I had in it didn't make a difference, but once I popped the trusty K+N back in away we went.
Nearly there now, it pulls hard from tickover up to almost WOT, then misfires a bit at WOT, so I'm still playing main jet games for now.

But getting close.....

It's a bit soul-destroying because I only want to get it fuelling properly to get a single dyno run with numbers to measure against, then will fit the huge airbox and have to start jetting all over again.....I won't get the huge airbox on in time for the trackday week Tuesday, so I'll have to run with what I've brung.
Might bring it along and throw it on with a best-guess jet setting and see what happens for the last session, though. Maybe.

But I'm fed up enough to take the car into work tomorrow- had enough of bikes for today.

Although, BSB is on the telly, perhaps a beer and watching a race will bring the mojo back.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Looks fantastic mate, why does the storm look so much better without a belly pan? Almost lighter and more aggressive looking.
