Brake pads and braided lines

Post by lilnick »

Had to bleed my brakes in the weekend and checked the pads at the same time - new ones in order.

Any suggfestions for some pads that kick butt? I want the best I can afford which I imagine will be between mid and top range.

Putting some braided lines on too but no one in NZ imports kits and in order for them to be legal they need to be identifiably automotive ie I need to buy a ready made set I can't put them together myself. I know the UK have some good suppliers, any suggestions for one that may do mail order, pay by visa styles.

Pads

I use EBC HH pads with no complaints and have heard that carbon Lorraine are good too.

With braided lines and a pad upgrade the brakes have enough power for most mortals.
