Where can I get a Kevlar clutch cover?

Post by tony.mon »

ok, ok, I dropped it, and scuffed the clutch cover.

For most bikes you can get a Kevlar/ Carbon fibre cover which just glues on ove the top- supposedly to stop wearing through the cover when you drop it, but we all know it's actually to hide the crash damage from when you did already.

I've had a trawl on the internet, but can't find one.
Anyone seen something, or maybe is the round bit the same as a Blade or some other model?

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

I've also seen them on ebay recently as clayderman said. May have been before Christmas though.

I pretty sure it was this guy selling them, imo they were very reasonably priced. The only problem is this guy is selling on the German ebay and not the UK site, so there could be a slight language barrier. But I'm sure if you Googled for a free language translator you could get a price from him, with a little bit of effort.

I can't see him advertising any for the Firestorm at present, but this link will give you a contact point.
