Rack/stand for plastics n tank?

Post by integerspin »

I was going to bring the VTR in and wanted to take the plastic off.
I haven't anywhere to put the plastic indoors but wondered about knocking up a rack that the plastic can hang on and maybe a place to put the tank.
Anyone made anything like that?
And if yes got any pics dimensions, so I can make it before I bring the bike in.

Lay them both on a towel.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

And when I am walking to the house, in the dark, if I hear breaking plastic underfoot I will remember where I put it.

I was given a jack thing for a ride on tractor[farm jack does the job] few snips n a few tacks and I will have a stand.
Make it stand up, then add some bracketry to hang the plastic from and something for about 20 land rover flywheels to sit
on to stop it getting blown away.
The jack looks like this, but green and rusty from 10 years in the hedge.
