How to get notification by email when someone replies to my threads?

I have had a look into this, it appears you now have to "Bookmark" a topic for email notification.

Left click or tap (depending on which device you are using) the little arrow I have circled in Red as shown below to reveal the 'Topic tools', then left click or tap 'Bookmark topic'. See if that works?
