I cannot post anything since I now have been blocked by spamhaus.

I don't blame them. They probably read your Blonde joke and knew it had to stop.
Seriously though. MalwareBites offer a free scan service if you need to check if your PC has been infected.

Thanks Chris & Pete for those suggestions. I’m only using a smartphone, not a pc, but I guess that the scan thing will still apply. I’m not computer illiterate, but it’s by no means in the middle of my comfort zone either! I’ll get round to having a bash at it, then likely employ some plukey hooded geek to sort it out for me!

Pete is almost there, it's "Malwarebytes" that could help you if you have some kind of virus or malware that needs removing,
