As usual this years Wales meeting was yet again a big success.
So I'll be organising another one for next year.
I've booked the Bunkhouse for Friday the 13th through till Sunday 15th of September, can all those that are interested in coming along please get touch with as soon ASAP.
Please note this is done on a first come first serve basis, and is a very popular meeting, so make sure you get your name down to secure a place.
I will try and get in touch with all the usual suspects.

Hi all, just to bring you up to date.
I spoke to Ruth and because we've been regular customers she's not bothered about a deposit from us, so I'll let everyone get over the shock of Xmas bills and then get in touch with you for full payment some time at the end of February.
Please note, because this is a group booking for the entire bunkhouse divided by the number of people attending, once you have paid, if you end up dropping out, I will not be able give you a refund unless someone takes your place.

Update.
Thanks for your swift payments.
I've spoke to Ruth and she says that there's availability for anyone to stay the day before and the day after if they want it, but she won't do breakfast on those extra days.

How much extra per night would it be?

Because we'd be using the same bedding and towels that we'll be using for the weekend she'll let us have it for £22.50 per night.
