Thanks for the birthday messages gents!

I'll let you off Mac, as it goes Frank sent me a card and signed your name in it

My birthday plans didn't happen in the end, so I had the whole weekend by myself with nothing to do. Not too bad I guess...

I washed my van, had a workshop tidy-up, gave the KTM a full fluids change ahead of the mot on Weds. (I haven't ridden a motorbike since Wales last year! - except popping round to Joneseys on my GF's bike).

I'm absolutely champing at the bit to go for a ride! This year has been bit of a struggle with nerve damage in my back stopping me from earning enough to keep my bike on the road. But I'm hopeful that I'll improve now that I'm getting help from an Osteopath and the NHS are hopefully setting up an appointment with a pain specialist (sounds like something shady you'd search for on the dark Web ).

Looking forward to getting back on a bike and meeting up with you boys while the weather's still good

Cheers all

I hope you get well soon, Jamie. There is nothing worse than a bad back especially if it's stopping you earning money.

Remember medical cannabis is legal in the UK. I'd rather use that than most other pain killers especially anything opiod based, hell even paracetamol is far more toxic than that. Good luck. ImageImageImageImage

No bike (yet).
