Hi guys,

I joined a few months back after buying my first VTR. It's a great bike and for the age, it's in good condition. I've done a bit of the easy work, new chain, sprocket, oil filter etc

Next job is to try and change the CCT, scared to death, something always goes wrong.

I'm based in Wrexham in North Image󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿. Great roads but lots of police who don't seem to like to like motorcycles.
No doubt, I will be shouting for help at some at some point.
Cheers
Jason

I agree with Rob (Fabiostar) that is a very clean and tidy looking bike you have there

On a different note I see it appears you still have the original shock protector fitted. I think you'll find as the swingarm moves up and down that protector will be wearing away at your rear wheel hugger. Those protectors need removing when a hugger is fitted, unless there is clearance between the swingarm and hugger,

Thanks guys.

Chris you are dead right on the shock protected. The rear hugger has got groove in it from the tyre!

That will be getting removed tomorrow .

Cheers
