VTR1000 Firestorm gear indicator anyone fitted one ?

Post by Davem22 »

Anyone fitted this gear indicator ? Pro's, cons, any good, does it work or a waste of money ?

I know it says only electronic fuel injected (EFI) bikes, but then goes on to specify loads of carb model bikes !!

It's a Heal-Tech copy but might work well. I have a heal-tech and it works very well (that's if you fit it correctly, which I didn't initially).

They retail closer to 100GBP but guaranteed to work or your money back.

Ps that one is coming directly from China. Nothing wrong with that other that it takes time to arrive and probably not worthwhile sending it back.

Healtech one works great, cheap chinese copies I've heard not so good and often have no fitting instructions, If you want one dig a little deeper and get the best one, it's worth it for sure
