rear light plug + tail wires
Anyone have a spare plug with tails for a rear light bulb?
Just been out to change a bulb on mine and the wire has come out of the connector... It's happened and been repaired before, but I think I just need to bite the bullet and solder in a new one now.
beer tokens waiting!

I'll have a look. I might have moved both spares on but you're welcome to one if not. They had reasonable tails.

I have an old loom that has had a few bits chopped off of it, I check it out & see if it still has the rear light conector blocks on it.
Your talking about the flat white block that plugs into the bulb holder right ?

Mattster, bad news I'm affraid.
Checked me scrap loom & both rear light conectors are missing...It has the running light block but it's only two wires not three so no good. It dosent even have the metal insert in the middle pin.
If you think you can use it & swap a pin from the old one I'll happilly send it to you.
However if its any good I do have a compleat loom...From an F '98.
...but A/ it has the R/R block removed as I put a Mosfet on it before swapping the loom, think I still have the removed block so in theory it could be reinstated.
B/ It has an alarm on it...fully working, two fobs & even has the instuction booklet with it...dont like the bloody things hence why I swapped the loom...
£40 quid posted if you want it...

I think that's because you sold them to me Mac.
I didn't get chance to look last night but should do tonight.

You can buy just a replacement connector.

But Id bet there is a source on your side of the pond as well.

Cheers, that looks like a handy site... I'll keep a note of that for the next time my alternator/RR connectors burn out....E.Marquez wrote: ↑Wed Oct 04, 2017 6:44 pm You can buy just a replacement connector.

Husband and wife operation, so sometimes emails can be slow to return, and if they take a holiday,
all transactions are on hold. But they post that in advance on the site and its not often.
GREAT service, price and parts though. I order from them every few months or more other, hell twice in the last 15 days. I keep a few on hand
