"Fork me!"
Hi all, just a quick one. Id like to change the oil in the forks. Iv got hold of Honda's Workshop Guide for guidance. Id like to think iv got the gumption to carry out this job. Apart from new fork Seals and the oil is there any thing else that i should renew whilst doing the change .
Many thanks in advance, Daz

Re: "Fork me!"
getting Roger at Revolution Racing to do your forks will be about £250. for that he modifies the valving, fits weight related springs, new oil and services them.
you can do about 70% of that yourself with the instructions on here, but there are some "secret" changes that Roger does that are not public knowledge.

forgot to say that if you are just doing the oil and springs you only need to remove the forks from the bike [to empty the oil out], you don't need to strip them down other than taking the top cap and damper rod out.
