She's had a rough start, bless her, had a few breathing issues early on which are ok now, and they're working on the neonatal unit to bring her blood sugars up. They're taking fabulous care of her, poor thing is covered in canulas, tubes and wires (quite a few more now than in the photo), but she's doing well. The wife is all good, just rather sore.

She looks just like you, well the arm in a splint bit anyway.
Well done all.

It's the same arm too  it's only there as she has a cannula in the opposite side so it stops her bending/breaking it.

Thanks guys. Both are doing well. The wife managed to sit with Jessica for nearly 3hrs before feeling to rough. Back on the ward now and the wife is getting some well earned pain killers and some food. All is OK so far today. Just waiting for both of the girls to get back up to fitness

Very proud indeed :) could only be happier if I could get them both home and settled.

Jessica's blood sugars have been good over night and above the minimum they want to see them at. They have now put her on 15ml of milk instead of 5 and dropped the glucose drip a bit. Hopefully the sugars will rise rise a bit again so they can turn the drip down again. So far this morning looking good. Immy is well. Changed her pain meds and she is feeling better.
