Just not running right

Hi guys I've got a bit of a situation, I recently put danmoto carbon exhausts on the bike and a sigma stage 1-3 carburettor kit on and now I have flat spot between 1-3½rpm. I know I need to uprate the air filter but has anyone got any recommendations that ain't going to cost the earth.

yes get rid of the dan moto exhaust, they are cheap rubbish. Got one on the gsxr that I bought. nothing but trouble.

id blame the carb kit, my mate fitted those dan motos to his and didn't touch the carbs and it ran fine, at least try it, pipes first then carb kit and it will tell you which one is causing the issues.

Maybe you should be looking at the FactoryPro website, they have some fine info on diagnosing CV carb issues.
