I have done it like PeteL

Post by bazza696 »

Was looking for a touring bike, so went to a bike shop in Southend for a tet ride and ended up buying it.

Can't argue, MRA touring screen, aftermarket gel touring seat, R&G crash bungs, Ohlins suspension, heated grips and full Honda luggage, so I have for my trips next year at least it's a Honda still.

It was his dad's bike.
So it'll still be ok for a borrow if the new one doesn't like the wet either!
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

my mate has one, luvs it. He had the 1250 Bandit first, good engine but shite build quality compared to the CB. I like the engines!
missing the noise, not the vibes. However never say never!

The only thing that I need to do with it is add an Ermax lower fairing, then it will look like this

That will be Ideal for some serious miles. Not a full on tourer so still light enough to chuck it about when you fancy a sporty jaunt. Good choice Bazza :D
When do you get it?
