Well that was nearly an absolute cluster fu#k!!

Post by geodude »

Not vtr related. MTB related and for my non-facebook friends on here :)

Blog post on yesterday's london to brighton (sort of) event.

Quite a journey and worth a read if I do say so myself ;) http://www.ukbiker.info/?p=672

I know right. I didn't ask. He was our (my) driver for the day. He could have just worn his pants for all I cared, I just wanted to do the ride     :cool2

As for the knee, not too bad. It's still a bit iffy with lateral movement. The downhill sections on the ride were the toughest as you stand up and twist about to maintain balance and speed. Uphill was fine as long as I kept it steady. 4 more physio sessions with the lovely Holly, and a lot of gym work and I should end up even stronger

Well done George

I really enjoyed reading that  At one point I thought you were destined not to make it at all, I'm glad you did.
The pirate riding your bike across Sainsbury's car park must have been a sight worth seeing

Thanks for posting for us non Facebook users
