Braided Hose Brake Line?

before you order the braided hoses give sprint motorcycles in wakefield a ring on 01924 365665...i'm 99% sure he took his old lines and they made braided lines while he waited,you could get the clutch line done at the same time too

Hi all,

I know this thread may be long dead, but... is there any modification I'd need to do to fit Race line (two lines) on my otherwise stock firestorm? I.e. can I simply fit the two-line system straight onto my bike in its stock form?

Yes no mods. With the kit you should get the banjo's required to fit them & the one at the M/C is longer to take two lines...

I work for the HEL dealership in NZ, and I can honestly say I think the fittings are far better quality than just about anything else out there.
We make hoses to order/to pattern, and some of the 'other' aftermarket lines we see are positively horrible...

Yep, got my HEL lines delivered this week. They look and feel extremely high quality and I'm not dissapointed! I can't wait to get them on my bike... transparent blue and blue banjos should match my lapis blue bike beautifully.



Along with new discs and new brembo pads, I should be in a new world of braking power

I just bought some HEL. Haven't fitted them yet but the quality seems fantastic! Also they make the banjos in colours matching the lines (transparent blue for me) :-)

Try to keep any brake fluid away from the coloured banjos...(insert Grain coment here...) The finish isn't up to much. I had black ones now they are on my third different storm thers not much left of the black...Lines are great BTW just the finish on the banjos.
