Ive done MCCTs on IL4s heaps of times. Very simple. In fact I have a CBR600 motor in the shed to do this week. 1 beer job.
But way to much risk on the twin to just chuck it in.
Sounds like Popkat is your best man for the job.
Manual CCTs is there another way of fitting them?
Re: Manual CCTs is there another way of fitting them?
Having done mine and actually found that some numpty had on fact got the cam timing wrong i would only advise the methods given here.
It really isn't that bad - worst is getting everything off!!!!!
Given my next bit of fun is fixing one that has had a front cct failure i can only plead with everyone to take the trouble to do this

Thanks for the replies guys, Popkat I've sent you a pm back, I appreciate the votes for Popkat and had it been 18months ago I'd be down in a shot but I just need to watch the finances so I'll need to find a van to loan or a cheap hire!
