Ive done MCCTs on IL4s heaps of times. Very simple. In fact I have a CBR600 motor in the shed to do this week. 1 beer job.

But way to much risk on the twin to just chuck it in.

Sounds like Popkat is your best man for the job. :beer:

Having done mine and actually found that some numpty had on fact got the cam timing wrong i would only advise the methods given here.

It really isn't that bad - worst is getting everything off!!!!!

Given my next bit of fun is fixing one that has had a front cct failure i can only plead with everyone to take the trouble to do this

Thanks for the replies guys, Popkat I've sent you a pm back, I appreciate the votes for Popkat and had it been 18months ago I'd be down in a shot but I just need to watch the finances so I'll need to find a van to loan or a cheap hire!
