Dan Moto look to have a new muffler that you can adjust sound output while riding.

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

It is a cool idea. I do wonder how well they will flow when wide open with a baffle still there and if the baffle will cause a noise.

can't help thinking that the pulses from a big vtwin will soon wreck the linkage/baffle, as will the heat + moisture of every day use? I reckon if you gave it the 'berries' with the baffle closed there would be a shower of pieces scattered far and wide.... 8O as for it seizing up, I have fond memories of me old exup..........

You can do this already, slide back on the seat and put your boot over the outlet.

It can't be far off having a version with a remote control......
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

I like the idea but I can't help thinking these will fall apart too, especially with being Dan Moto and al that. The question is which will blow first.... a hole in the carbon or the baffle. Or maybe the cable will melt

Wonder what it would do to your jetting when you started messing with the baffle.

Well if you are using it to creep into home with out waking the baby sleeping next door then I wouldnt be concerned about maximum performance output for getting up the drive.

I have nice neighbors so I tend to roll the bike down the drive and start it on the street.
