What makes this forum so great is that there is no shortage of help, advice or encouragement available.

I have read through most sections here since joining and haven't spotted (not saying there isn't any) animosity or childish, pathetic slagging off that is quite common in the forum world of things.

I've posted about a starting issue on my Storm and I've had Jazz over at the house stripping the starter and Tony selling me transfer gears saving me about £160 from buying new! Allfrom guys I've never met, never conversed with and only been on the forum 3months.

Couldn't ask for anymore really. Fantastic forum, superb bunch of guys & gals and plenty of harmless banter!

It's a great resource for all things Storm related, and socially too. Obviously some people just dip in when they need some info, fair enough, but the good natured bantering is class and makes me log in regularly just to keep up!

Knowing the forum is here makes me tackle jobs on the Hound that I wouldn't have attempted.

Cheers all,

Sorry Tam couldn't quite see the pic properly.

I've had a proper look using my welders mask & I'll retract my remark...

I should have said yellow-ish as I see you have added a black tail piece in an effort to speed it up...

+2 well said Tam.

I think what makes this forum different from others is that the majority of us are of an older generation as this is what the Storm attracts. A fair few born again bikers and long term bikers all with old school morals.

Some of us even have a housewife kit and know how to darn socks
