That's a nice stand, but I think it's a rear Harris designed to be used with bobbins.

I may well be wrong mate, but I've not seen those fixings used on the front before.

Also, keep in mind that a stand for dedicated use with spools doesn't need to be as wide as one with adjustable pads, it barely needs to clear the spools...
