Virgin has blocked a site I use to download USA tv shows (eztv.it):-(

Anyone know a way around it as I work shifts and never remember to record them so downloading them was simple

Proxy services are not free so sort of defeats the object. If you go through free proxy servers then it will be so slow it's ridiculous. Also traffic to a proxy server is not encrypted, it still goes through your ISP. So if you want to be totally anonymous not only do you need to go through a proxy service but also encrypt traffic coming in and out. Maybe through a VPN or other means. A VPN/Proxy service is what you need.
