if not can you take one next time you take it out as id like to see the angle of them nice cans from the rear
Will do mate, but they're pretty much the same angle as standard cans I think. Can't be much in it, seeing as using original rear pegs/hangers.

Florence made all the difference mate, she brings happiness wherever she is. Other than that I spent the whole of Christmas keeping my Mum company. Dad died in Jan last year so this was the first one without him for 58 years, so she got the booby prize and had to put up with me!!
To be honest it's just another day (or three) really and only kid's make it special unless you are a believer in mythology!
Hope the New Year brings you all you wish for mate.

i have fitted two new "powertech performance cans" and link pipes, balanced the carbs, tuned the suspension a bit and been out for a blast, sound from the cans was awsome with the baffles out and on overrun it was just "music" bike is running superb after a tank clean and fresh 99 ron petrol in it. It was pretty dry too so getting the tyres worn in a bit too. Handling is fantastic compared to my last fazer 1000. i think i will really like this bike!!!
missing the noise, not the vibes. However never say never!

Had a fiddle in the MacCave...

Then I fitted a new gear link thingimbob, the arm & ball joint at the G/box end, recently purchased from the Bay of Evil for 15 squid, not bad as on DS it's over 50 ! 8O
Its amazing how much slop was in the old one. Whilst in that area I gave the rest of the linkage a clean, re-grease & adjust.

Polished me cans as well.

Ah well, I'll have to keep wellying it into gear for now.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Looking good Diabolus, in fact I`ve shamelessly stolen your idea and bought the same to do the exhaust headers on the SP build.....
