don't go any later than the 1999 blade tho, i did (954) because it started cheap but it turned out expensive in the end (the bike does feel great with them tho). and i really wanted to use the blade six spokes they look so good on the storm........

didn't pre 99 blades have a 16in front wheel ?

i've also looked at vtryorks bike,he has the sp1 front in it but says there's something with the lockstops not lining up..

Andi, Those blue wheels certainly do go well with the silver colour paint work 8)

i just sold my wheels to tony mon whose doing a similar conversion, you need to get a 17inc front wheel from a nc30/35 they also had the same wheel on some cbr600's and vfr750's, it was a fairly common conversion for blade owners, it cost me £85 for one of these front wheels, there was one on ebay last week for £75, you can pick up a rear for £30/40

i think this is one that will fit....

not to sure about this one tho, even tho the seller say's it does.

they do crop up from time to time tho.....

thanks chris..the wheels were a mistake by the powdercoater, somehow he managed to get them mixed in with another order but i must admit they look better than the usual black

marty...thanks for the heads up on which front wheels fit.

If you use rwu blade forks best to use 1994-1997
For the front wheel use
Nc29
Nc30
Nc35
Cbr600 f3
Vfr750

Can't ride but it don't stop me trying
