phpBB tweaking

Hi guys - I am putting up a new forum in a new website and have uploaded the latest phpBB forum. The old one I had used .tpl files and I was easily able to add boxes, links and pictures to the main page header. This version uses html and I can't seem to make any changes to the overall header or footer. Individual images I can change and upload, but not the changes to the header etc.

Any help please?

Perhaps take a look at the .CSS?

Remember to purge the cache after any changes. The button is on the front page of the ACP.
