Valve clearance and timing

Hello all....
Seeing as all of the shops around here have a 2 month waiting list to get in I was wondering if anyone has the valve clearance specs and timing specs for a '98 VTR. The only shop manual I seem to be able to find is the Honda one from a dealer for $140CAN! Can anybody help me out?

P.S. Has anyone ordered one of the VTR manuals on CD for the VTR that are available on EBAY? Are they any good?
