Any ideas for suspension settings?

Hello everybody, I recently installed much needed forksprings and was wondering if anybody has any ideas for front and rear suspension settings.

My height and weight are 5'10" 220lbs
Racetech 0.95 kg/mm springs installed
Sag is approx 25mm (Will adjust to 30mm)
Fork oil is ATF Dextron III (approx 10wt)
Have a 5mm shim for rear shock installed
Front tire is Bridgestone 014
Rear tire is Bridgestone 020
Tire pressure F36psi / R42psi

Any ideas/help is greatly appreciated. Cheers Ian.

Hi, take a look on 'www.vtwo.demon.co.uk', it goes into quite a few different set-ups and settings, might be of some use to you? just fitted WP fork springs and Pirrelli super corsa's myself so let me know how you get on as a comparison.

Hi Ollie, thanks for the site, I'll be sure to check it out. Roger from Revolution was also kind enough to reply to an e-mail I sent him, which I thought was pretty decent considering it's not likely I'll be an outstanding customer with the Atlantic ocean between us.
