Re: Rufforth Auto Jumble
autojumbles ive been in the past have been mostly old british bike bits but you might be surprised - once got a cracking pair of rear sets for a fiver and learnt to do puncture repairs properly from a dunlop guy, bought a repair kit with those rubber rivet things what you pull thru the hole.
oh and a little nose fairing as well for a few bob.
but got to the carpark to find my m8's z650 had been nicked lol - with his helmet on the helmet lock

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

Yes, its worth going once in a while to stock up on a few sundries and the odd bargin eventhough the Robbin b8stard wants £ 3.50 entry
Theres A Hare in The Turnips.
Re: Rufforth Auto Jumble
I looked on the website and entry is listed at a quid-suppose it's gone up then?
Went to one last Saturday at the Great Yorkshire Show Ground and that was a bit pants tbh-lots of off road stuff and loads of crap in general.
Just wondered if Rufforth is worth the run-if not the weather stays nice it'll be worth a blast anyway I suppose

Thats what I'm going to get I think Mike! The Microns I've fitted to the SP are quite fruity I've got a Bike Safe course I'm due on in June with South Yorkshire Police and I don't know if the "Not for road use" Markings will go down that wellFirestormMike wrote:Polishing kits and tools are always the biggest bargains there though.
What time does Rufforth open? 10am?
Might get off from mine early and call at Squirts for a cuppa.

No worries-looked on some webpages and there saying one thing and others another. Couldn't find it listed on the actual Rufforth page.
I'll keep digging round-don't mind going early doors anyway

Might not even make it anyway...
Off for a few days biking in Wales instead-pretty off the cuff but there you go If I can't get the brake pads done + bike washed etc after work tomorrow then I'll have to miss Rufforth.
We'll see...
