I have been looking and the best I've come up with so far is a CBX750 for £250 no mot or tax and needs work, but does run.
Depending on condition (although I believe you said somewhere the VFR750 is in too good a condition to break) you could also be in that bracket "bargain of the decade".
I know what it's all about, it's just a matter of being in the right place at the right time

But it comes down to me hearing about someone trading it in and making a cheeky £100 offer.
Cue being told where to go. Then a couple of weeks later I get a phone call saying he was only offered £250 trade in and rather I had it. To be honest I have yet to start work on it as we are looking to move house and the last thing i want is to move with a bike in bits as I know I would lose something (like an engine)
