CCT again!!

Hi,
I was going though the procedure I found on here for changing the CCT, on removal of the CCT there was no metal cap on the old one, therefore I am assuming I need to get a new cap?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You know what guys, I have needed advice and help on a couple of occassions and there has always been someone who wants to help and ends up sending little bits through the post or takes the time to give sound advice. It has made me realise there are some decent people left, so its great when i read that someone needs something and others want to help. I have a mate who owns a 09 plate gixer 750 and belongs to the suzuki forum, he says all they do on there is take the piss out of some guys misfortune.
I guess what im trying to say is, it's nice to belong to a forum with such a friendly and helpfull bunch.
