My cure was to wind the adjuster out and put some engine oil down the hole and let it wind itself back in. Do this a few times and vola
That only lasted about six weeks
It seemed a good idea at the time and I must admit I was quite pleased with myself that day.I've just been down the bike shop and picked up a new tensioner so guess what I'll be doing tomorrow.
Don't mind really. I'm just annoyed that I only got 6k miles out of it.
