How dare you! I'll have you know that it's trebled the bike's value! 😁

I take umbrage at your surly remarks Sir!

It's a little known fact that the Teal 'Storms have a different seat as standard with cutouts near the front edge to accommodate the larger genitals of the Teal 'Storm rider - (probably helps us to cope better with the insults of people being slowed down by us....).

As for the paint, (lowers voice and mumbles quietly) no, it's not included.

Including the old tank off Ebay - £600...
Just to add... How much without the tank cost? Also how long did they take doing it? Cheers

I do colour matched VFR adapted VTR tanks for 600, no gap perfect fit.

Sorry, I've only just spotted this post....

The tank was a pretty rough example for £30. However, the work done on it along with the sealing has made it better than new.

They took a long time to do it (around 6 weeks...), but we were barely coming out of the first lockdown last year so they had a backlog and a shortage of staff.

I have to say, Mr Thunderx2's VFR tank sounds very interesting and it's colour matched too!

Cheers

Harris are still going, now owned by Royal Enfield. They still support their previous ranges with spares, they might be persuaded to manufacture some new ones, or even have a NOS one hanging around they might do a deal on
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
