i've always wondered why the rads on V fighters cant be turned to face forward as i think they would look better. ive only seen one on the blade forum done that way

Without the fairing and internal fairing air channels I suspect they are very inefficient in their naked form as very little air passes through them.
No bike (yet).

ah that would explain why the one i saw had ktm rads

It's about packaging. There's no room between front head and front wheel when the forks are fully compressed.
It can be done with a short one, or a single storm rad turned sideways but a full length rad won't fit.
Because Honda have to sell a bike that works in all climates including hotter ones, they couldn't get away with just one small rad.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
