good work Mac,

I wont be joining you for the handover, but hopefully you wont be on your own getting dragged into cricket chat.

Air Ambulance is a good call.

I will have Jonesey & Michala for company for sure & maybe Mr & Mrs KevL...Even more maybe Mr T.Mons...

Googly, mid off, deep mid wicket, third man I could spin some more out but I have to leave some Puns for the final over...Unless Mons gets there before me...

I'm hoping to be there Mac, but I'm just getting over some random virus which has stumped me for the last week and a half

Not going to make it I'm afraid but a massive well done to Jonesy and yourself for making this happen.
Get a good bottle of something and we'll Toast the Hell out of him in Wales together:thumbup:

Sorry, but I won't be able to make it, this is the only weekend I have before Wales to get the bike indicators rebuilt and working.
Hope it goes well.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Me, Jonesey & Michaela... Possibly Kev L & Mrs KevL, Possibly Jamoi...

Any one else has not let me know...

From the CC chairman. '' Morning, Mac - yes, Sunday 15th it is with a 13.00 start. Finish is flexible (weather could be a factor!) but 5.30-6.00 possibly?

Address of Garrison Ground is CO2 7GA. The entrance is through a gate off Circular Rd East, which is the first turning on left after you have gone into Napier Road at traffic light junction with Mersea Rd.

The Oddies captain will be Tim Boud and I've copied him in to this - he, Real Oddies cricketers and our opposition - St Martin's - all greatly look forward to seeing you on the day. There will be a keg of beer at the game and a pub get together with some food afterwards. Do please let us know about anything you'd like to be provided. Cricket teas are out, owing to the pandemic, but we can make sure that you don't go undernourished on the day!''

No bins but you get a reflection of Custurd which to all intents and purposes is a pile of scrap so sort of a bin...

We’ve been here a while and there’s been some ball rubbing(fnar, fnar) some shouting and occasionally the sound of leather on willow!!!
Nice day for it -

Apologies I couldn't make it today, I hope it went well and one of you got the opportunity to defend the wicket?

The presentation went very well with both clubs being very appreciative and complimentary. Mac has some images which I’m sure he will be along shortly to publish along with a little background.
Oh, and the real oddies were victorious.
