The John Hepburn Memorial Trophy...

Post by MacV2 »

OK Guys & Girls, as prviously hinted at, I've gone ahead & organised said trophy.

I spoke to the Chaiman of Johns Cricket Club at the sevice yesterday & we talked about the Idea of said Trophy & he was onboard with the idea.

I'm in contact with him regarding what they want to present it for, I 've a couple of ideas but I dont think ' Most Real Ales Quaffed in one sitting' is going to be top of the list...

I've chosen a more modern type of trophy rather than the normal holy grail type cup...

Now anyone who wishes to donate to the costs I'd appreciate it.

PM me for payment details if you would be so kind... I'm not putting my details up for the whole world to see...

If donations exceed the cost of the trophy & engraving, then that money will be donated to the charity of Johns family or the cricket clubs choice.

Mac

Thanks all who have paid in so far...All PM's have been repyied to for those waiting...

You have to give me a bit of time to reply only have Old skool tech here in Grain so have to wait for the coal fired hamster wheel to get up to speed before I can reply...

I'm not smart enough for one of those new fangled smart phones...Or is it too tight ?

Maybe I am smart enough to know that why should I pay for something I don't really need... Yeah thats it...
