I tried the Job picker bit & Pest Control works out cheaper than Pest Controller...

So a few letters in your selected job title make a diffrence.
Control give an alternative of Countryside Ranger I put £166 in curent cost & CR comes back at £89...
Controller @£166 current comes back with £108...
So just a few letters are woth £20 ...Go figure...

Mac, how is the excess price looking in the lower price cover to the more expensive insurance in your quotes
Chris.
Chris.
Re: Insurance again & again...
No idea Chris didnt go that far... The cost I put in I just made up... Just to test it...

Re: Insurance again & again...
In that case Mac I would keep an eye on it.
I have found cheaper insurance quotes in the past that seem great, only to find the excess price has drastically increased, so beware
Chris.
Re: Insurance again & again...
Wonder how much cheaper it would be if you said your job was a vehicle alarm fitter, a CCTV retailer or a rottweiler breeder?
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
Re: Insurance again & again...
I thought it was interesting that the cheapest time to look for a renewal quote is 23 days before your renewal.
No bike (yet).
Re: Insurance again & again...
Yep. That has a big effect. When I bought the Tuono I played with the insurance quote comparisons sites and saved myself over £200 just leaving it in my conservatory for two weeks before starting the insurance.

Re: Insurance again & again...
I had insurance with Bennett’s for the Deauville with 7 months remaining, tried to swap it over to the FJ1200 and they wouldn’t cover it as it’s been modified. Ok I will cancel the policy, ok sir with our admin fee we owe you £11. Robbing feckers.
Found another company that covered all modifications with breakdown cover including Europe and pillion passengers fully comp with agreed value of £2500 and same on my 1968 Triumph with agreed value of £7500 all for a mere £180

Who's cheapest for insurance? Anyone except the company you're with at present.
