]Hi guys. Update on the front end repair!
Been phoning every bike mechanic near me and not one of them wants to take on the job, too big!!
So I have two options, sell it as it is on eBay or break it down and sell everything separately. The 3rd is to option is to try and repair myself, I don't have the time or skills.

What do you think guys?
Ok... Firstly lets us know where your based/located someone near might be able to help with doing the job.

Secondly if you go down the breaking it up route the engine is the bit that will get you most dosh but as it's fercked it wont so repair is the best bet...

Braking it up takes time & you will be left with bits you cant sell straight away so will be hanging on to them...I've broken three up & have ended up giving two of the frames away.

Thirdly if you go down the e-bay route to sell as is your gonna take a big hit in the pocket on what it owes you dont expect much more than £500 for it IMO...Plus you'll be paying the bay fees out of that...

As Tony said it's not a hard job to do, price up the parts add labour & go from there...

Finding a replacement head would be the way to go...You just need to know where to look...

The most important thaing here is letting us know where you are. so some one local can offer help.

Mac
Hi Tony/Mac

I'm based in Wrexham, North Wales.

I will try and find a replacement head and check the costing on new parts. Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers Jason

Nicked this photo off the NI trip WhatsApp group because it makes me laugh.

This is how small Fabiostar is in real life.
For comparison purposes, he is standing beside a mini Moto.

But James is 8' 7", so it's not a fair comparison.

Just shy of 1300 miles in the year... :( Has been on SORN for the last six months tho...

First ride in 6 weeks & of course it's bloody raining for the first time in the last few weeks...

Foots still a bit sore but getting better...

Wow, that's good to hear you're up to riding one of your bikes Mac  even if it was painful.

Good to get the mot on Nue Red out of the way for another 12 months

I did receive your email but I couldn't reply on here. I'm going to try and remove the head over the weekend. Then I will be able to size the problem. No doubt I'll be asking for more guidance for you guys.

Thanks Jason

Passed the MOT, put the bike on E-Bay !, Starting price £1500 , A lot of bike for little Dosh and only 12000 miles. Son took it down, think he would have it if he had space , obviously loved the pull and drama of the thing .
