No not at all, but the rubber seal had a split in it.

Looks like it was the oil filter seal - I emptied the rest of the oil - looks like I lost over 2 litres!

Refilled with Rock Oil and took her out for a run today - much better!

Hi all, Popped into my local honda dealer today to find out how much they wanted to balance my carbs and MOT the storm. The guy service guy was quite shirty. Going to take the lower fairing off tonight and see if I can see where it's leaking - hope it's just the oil filter seal of something similar, it's almost due for a service...... fingers mc-crossed

Went out to get on the storm this morning only to find it standing in the garage in a deep puddle of oil. Update:

Well it's been seen by the insurance examiner and they are authorising the repairs today hopefully.

What have youse guys done in terms of personal injury claims.
I'm got an uninsured loss solicitor but I don't think they do personal injury.

Advice welcome.

Apparently a couple of snowboarding clothing manufacturers have integrated the ipod controls into the sleave, specially designed for winter gloves as well. Haven't seen them yet, but I'm still looking.
