Fuel makes a big difference to the running of the bike. The quality varies dramatically from garage to garage. When I raced on the IOM I filled up with 98 octane from the local garage and my gixer ran like a bag of spanners. 98 from the pump at the paddock and it was a different bike. Everything els...

Del is yer man. He's doing an engine change for me at the moment and he's a bit under the weather, so maybe pushed to get anything done for a while.

I think the one's he's putting in mine are the final mod.

But definitely PM and get his thoughts.

EBC Pro-lites are good kit 8) ! Bit of a sweeping statement that Droid. OE discs are as good as you'll need on the road, honest! The HH pads will make a BIG difference, but wear the discs a bit quicker. If yer running OE discs make sure they are within the service limit. Everything else is what Bink...

http://www.corsaperformance.co.uk/products/viewCat_P.asp?idCategory=115 Check out this link for pictures of stands. (very pricey, wouldn't buy from them) The front stand at the bottom has rollers instaed of prongs that the bottom of the fork sits in. The pronged type are the same sort of thing, but ...

You've got me Ben, how do you make the mudguard "floating"? And, doesn't it provide a modicom of lateral support for the forks? As for the stand, I've got a pronged lifter. You have to prise the prongs apart a little to fit various sizes of bike, but I've used mine on my Storm, ZXR750, RGV...

IMO it's all about the set-up. The K&N allows more air in than standard (hence re-jetting), but basically, more air means more fuel= more power! But as has been said, it'll deliver a smoother power curve which is more important if you only use the bike on the road. Conclusion: you can't live wit...

With the amount of stops for petrol cos of the small tank, you won't need GPS. You'll have plenty of time to get a map out!!

Now come on Kaz, you're letting girlie feelings blur your perception of the best racer for generations! Rossi is the best, no doubt. He knew what he was gonna do from before half distance, and Gibernau must have known it too. Roll on the rest of the season, and let's hope that the rest of the...
