Avon AV35/36

Any one run a storm with Azaro AV35/36's?
Local tire place is offering a pair for £125 fitted.

Had Azaro's on my cbr6 and they were pretty good, esp in the wet.

suspenders

Got my forks revalved and re-sprung. The difference it made was immediate. You can feel the forks reacting to ripples in the road, plus pot holes didnt bottom out the forks. Riding back from Roger's the front felt a lot higher, actually felt like the back end was lower than normal. The following wee...

I asked Daz the very same question today, and here's his reply. In all honesty it is a lot of work, but if you have the connections it's quite easy to do. Parts list VFR 800 back end - swing arm, wheel, engine tie bar, brake & calliper. New exhaust (rear header pipe needs to be relocated). Speci...

I had these ones on the back of my Storm and they worked a treat - http://www.busters-accessories.co.uk/hilevind.htm Before you put them on though my advice would be to line the inside of them with tinfoil or the like. It just makes them a bit brighter which is usefull on the back. Al. I got some o...

HI guys thanks to you who have replied to my post, still a little unsure as to which way to jump, as £700 + seems a lot of money to improve a 4 year old bike, just cannot decide at the moment. thanks again. I went the Roger route with my '97 Storm. Best £800 i spent. The bike feels so much bet...

The riding position on the VTR1000 is a lot more radical than the earlier CBRs Compared to an '87 CBR, the VTR feels like a limo. Nice and stretched out, used to get cramped on the cbr, resulting in pins and needles in my hands and lots of tension on the neck and back (good excuse to go for a massa...

I had a short stint (3 months) on a '99 CBR600 last year, but I kept my VTR because I prefer it for road use. In terms of running costs, the CBR wins hands-down: spares and mods are usually cheaper, there's less that needs modifying and it takes much less petrol (I usually did 40 miles more with a ...

Buy a Penske from Demon Tweeks and it comes from the mass produced factory line. If you got the money, its well...
