difficult choice?

A photographer's dilemma.......... This will only take a minute, but I am curious ... With all your honour and dignity what would you do? This test only has one question, but it's a very important one. Please don't answer it without giving it some serious thought. By giving an honest answer you will...

Blue Flame Evo stainless (road legal), around £400 pair. With twin outlets you get to play with the sound (X4). Bung all the plugs in for early starts n' long distance, take em all out for rideouts and posing. I've got two out and it sounds fruity but doesn't upset anyone (much). Might take the oth...

Hey, I thought that was one of the coolest things 8) about the Big GT rideout last October (I'd had the Storm about two weeks). Just as the lights are about to change, 30 Storms engage first gear - hoo, LOCK 'N LOAD! Mind you, the less said about the gap between 1st and 2nd the better

Easy:
1. Ride Fazer 600 for a year.
2. Buy Storm.
3. Stop at junction
4. Drop clutch in first and give it some, just like you've done for the last 12 months.
Fooking 'ell - won't do that again! 8O

Have you looked at the Pyramid bellypan? It seems to merge with the fairing better than some others. Not cheap though - £200 painted :( .

Why not ring a few insurers and see what they say. My guess is unless the mod is a contributory factor to an accident they'll cough up. Any bike insurer who won't cover bikes with loud cans is going to lose a lot of business...

And you're quite sure it wasn't firing through the carb - a familiar Storm 'problem' - see elsewhere on the forum.

I just took out a subscription to Bike magagzine (which I get every month anyway) and got a pair of Oxford Hothands for nothing :D .

I think the offer was in the current issue - the one with the free pressure gauge, for those of you also getting involved in the debate over tyre pressures...

Mine was registered in March '02 and is definitely the older one. I bought it last month (from a dealer) with 800 miles on it for £4500. Seemed a good deal, but then you see the new ones at 5 grand. Still, saved all that boring running in... Do the updated forks make any difference or do they still...

Hi all, What I really meant was that I can't be arsed to take the forks out. I spent my early years keeping old bangers on the road - you know the scene, everything rusted, nuts rounded, getting dark, cold, can't feel your fingers and you need the b8stard to get to work in the morning  I'm too ...
