correct me if i am wrong but if you try to push start it in 2nd gear and the back wheel doesnt lock up wouldnt this mean that it is not seized in the cyl. it would be easier if you could take out the plugs raise the back of the bike and try turning the back wheel by hand with no spark plugs it shoul...

Try a place in Aus. called geelong carbon company they have all sorts of bits, i have a rear hugger large tank pad and key gaurd. just do a google and you will find them.

Is it normal for the bike to make a rattle when in neutral, the noise goes away when i pull the clutch in ?

I am 11 stone and found if i leave the rear susp. on standard and set the front a bit stiffer i am more comfortable pushing harder in corners and the front doesnt dive so much on late brakeing
