Thanks for the offer,but it has an r6 backend,and high levels,so standard cans arent an option.Will get it sorted though,like i said i have a big handfull of wire wool!

Just a thought,standard cans are supposed to be 80db.I think the noise tester i used is knackered,gonna get a reading off me mates race r6,that has been tested at 106,so if the meter shows higher i know its that....maybe

Forgot about carbon can company,and i used to live in fleetwood!Might give them a bell when i get desperate.Gonna make some, can get material from work,reckon 30mm or 40mm id baffle then a circular plate interference fit in the spout.Will take some wadding with me to wrap the baffle as a last resort...

Cheers for that,the ones i ordered are coming from Louth,race performance parts or something.The internal diameter on the spout on my can is 53mm,and the perf tube is 50mm,what i need to know is the diameter and length of the baffle,that is inserted into the perf tube.Not nervous about the track day...

Hi all,need some db killers quick,ordered some off ebay but seem to be taking forever to turn up.Have noise tested it at 115db,mymate says this is louder than his race r6 at 105/6db.He reckons my noise meter is not calibrated,can anyone give me any idea if a storm with race cans will go through the ...

Yeah there the ones,didnt realise you can only get a brake lever,i suppose you could buy a genuine clutch one,and a snide one,they are good i have seen the pazzo ones,so they would probably look good side by side,think calsport do the genuine clutch lever.

They go lock to lock ok,just nudging the rad a bit,the rad is not rigidly mounted however,i used the old oil cooler mounting position with just one ally bracket,the rad hoses take the rest of the weight,which is not much anyway,passed the mot ok last year so not bad.Temperature info is appreciated P...

A lad at work bought some pazzo look alike levers from hong kong.They are exact matches,we cant tell any difference,he is a cnc machinist, i am an inspector,only difference is there is no pazzo engraved on them.I am seriously tempted,but they dont list them for the storm,but do for RC51 and the fire...

Runs ok,ran it all last year with no fan,didnt boil over or lose any fluid,it used to go upto 3/4 or sometimes above,then it was time to shut it down.However the temp quickly came down to 1/2 on the gauge when on the move.The new gauge gives a figure in celsius or fahrenheit,at normal running temp,w...

Oh,by the way the tubes are breather tubes for the carbs,take the rubber band off them,and let them hang down,stops the bike cutting out when you slam upto a junction.
