An engine hoist crane will do it without risking your back.
Ask around, anyone working in old cars will have one in the back of the garage.
Or do what I did. Find a hoist normally used for personal care...

Unless you own (or have free access to) a Dyno, or are willing to make and fit wideband lambda sensors to your exhaust downpipes and a display, so you have an idea of what the fuelling is doing, I'd avoid pod filters. I use these, too. The only additional advice is to check after they're set by opening the throttle and letting it snap shut a few times as they can settle after setting.
