Nope, its def coming through the wall of the engine. Only when it's running though - must be the pressure.

Don't think it's <i>supposed</i> to be porous. :)

Unusual problem.

Got home today to find oil dripping of bottom, front, of engine. Eventually traced it to coming from behind starter motor. Removed starter motor and it looks like there is a patch on the engine wall where oil is seeping through! Like its porous. Anyone had this? Please tell me there's a cure other t...

Mines loud enough with race cans on. Can only imagine without em!!

Am itching to take hacksaw to it but don't wanna have to fork up for new pipes when it turns out it'll run like a two legged donkey!

Anyone ever cut out the link pipe between the two exhausts?

How did it run?

Was a drunken idea with me mate. Just wondered...... :)

Blade fork swap

Got a mate selling some blade forks cheap. think they're of a 96 bike.
I have a 98 Storm. Anybody any info on hassle\expense of a swap? If need to buy loads of new bits then won't bother!

Mine have gone all flaky too. Like the idea about polishing then putting laquer on top. Sounds like harder work but probably worth it..

Am gonna spray me fork legs cos they're looking well manky at the moment. Any suggestions as to which paint looks good whilst still not too prone to stone chips?

Powder Coat

Anyone know of a good powder coater in the South Yorkshire area?
Its time to get my wheels done!

Also the shocks on its way out. will any other bikes shock fit or can I only fit a Storm one?

Any help appreciated.

Shock rebuild

Shocks started leaking slightly. No way can I afford £500 for a decent one, so does anyone know if, a) the standard shock can be rebuilt? b) who's good? c) how much?!

tested

Tested voltage in and out. 12v in, 4v out! Relay clicks on press and release of button. Would you suggest its the relay thats knackered?
