I think most of the answer is with the thread where Stormin' Ben offers advice. I cut the locating lug off the master cylinder so that the hoses routed downwards and forwards easily because with the locating lug in place the hoses routed upwards and forwards and fouled on the clocks/fairing at full ...

These are the same as I fitted on mine last weekend(same seller too!), i've got standard clip ons but I don't think you will have any probs with an extra 19MM infact it may make the routing a bit easier. I took Storming Bens advice and cut the locating tab off the front master cylinder attachment to...

Thanks Ben, my top end fittings are the same. I had the thought of cutting off the locating tab but wasn't sure if it was a good idea. Maybe thats what I will do now. I have p clipped the hoses to the yokes like the oe hoses were. I think I know what you mean with the cable ties but a photo would be...

goodridge hose routeing
Hi all, have just fitted goodridge hoses to my 'storm. I routed the front lines the same way as the original rubber hose and it all seems to work ok now i've bled it. My only concern is with two hoses instead of one coming from the master cylinder, the pipes foul quite a bit on the clocks/fairing on...

I was a regular at speedway until about a year ago when I had to make the choice between speedway or motogp/bsb/wsb. I only went to a couple of meets last year but am lucky as Kings Lynn(my team!), Mildenhall, Ipswich and Peterboro are all less than an hour away. I think the 130 bhp bit is a bit exa...

But now I can feel a very slight knock from the forks in the first bit of compression. There is no play in the fork tubes / slider and nothing to be felt on pushing or pulling the forks up, down, back or forth. I never noticed this before as the head bearings were masking it. I don't think it's any...

Noticed the same problem with mine last week when checking aroung the bike before the MOT. Handling was fine but couldn't adjust the notch out so opted for some taper bearings(cheaper than oe ones) Gonna do them this weekend. Don't think i'll have a problem changing them but i've been wrong before :...

I want one(drool drool dribble dribble) it may only be an artists impression but if it was built I would want one, its what the Firestorm update needed 5 years ago, maybe looks a bit like a blade but its still got that Firestorm look if you know what I mean, but in reality I think it won't ever happ...

Breakdown cover
Recently I picked up a puncture about 30 miles from home, the damage was so bad that even tyre weld would not keep the tyre inflated, I struggled home as luckily it was the back tyre and not the front(although the hugger got trashed),needless to say the tyre was totally fecked when I got home. The onl...
