Made a stand today to keep it upright and safe in the garage… The wheels are idler bearing i changed on a car recently when I did a can belt... makes it roll nicely. Also fitted the seat badge and tank protector.... with all the Corvid 19 issues its looking like I won’t be riding it for a while… htt...

typical ducati dry clutch rattle... some find it characterful.... I find it annoying

Sometimes it doesn't go to plan...  it would not start...  I spent a good few hours trying to understand why...   I had taken the tank off a few times to change things and had put a clamp on the fuel pipe....  and forgot!

The seat is back from the trimmer, and as usual its a perfect job,  Karen at Aldridge trimming is simply fantastic!

How are you going to attach it to the seat unit? The angle of the cans is pucker btw. Absolutely spot on.

the holes you see in the alloy plate have threaded rivitnuts in them, so I can just use some pan head bolts through the seat

well thanks to a member on the Ducati Custom manufactures group mentioning a case saver, I have now made one out of stainless steel and put it under the chain guard I have made. a bit of googling suggests that chain breakages, and subsequent case damage is all too common on some Ducati bikes! Plenty...

yes, its my lacking photography skills... its the angle I tool the picture there is 10mm clearance to allow the swinging arm to go up and down.

when its on its wheels the gap disappears as well

Spent a couple of hours making a chain guard today… should keep the MOT man happy. He follows my builds, and sometimes messages me to say he will fail it!
