No worries Watty, you never know! if you need a pump and its carbed I may be able to help! Is it a Mitsubishi pump (there is a cast logo in the plastic end cap) which the points burn out?
You can get a points kit or change the unit for something more reliable.

Hi Watty Is the blade carbed or injected, may of the Hondas have a crank sensor which energises the ecu / module which switches the relay for the fuel pump, it may not be the fuel pump!
