Why?

Just read a tip in Bike magazine for removing ethanol from petrol. Easy as making instant coffee but what they didn't explain is why one would want to. Anyone know?

Re: Valencia. What's your take?

I reckon he'll be up to 6th too, probably by the first corner. The Spaniards are all good here, Dani especially. Front row will be Dani, MM, JL with MM letting JL through on the first corner. Then one of two things will happen: 1) Rossi ends up in a big fight with MM loses it and they both go down. ...

Re: MotoGP Sepang. Do not read this if you've not watched it

MM does seem like a bit of a tw. I haven't followed his whole career but I reckon there's a bunch of riders from 125 and 250 GP now wearing a satisfied grin. Not to mention Dani and others who've suffered at his hands in MotoGP. He's personable with reporters and has an infections grin which gets hi...

Awarded 3 penalty points so will start from last at next race.
That's it. Game over then. All Lorenzo has to do is not fall off.

MotoGP Sepang. Do not read this if you've not watched it.

Got to be a DQ. Can't see any other option all things considered. Last comment from BT Sport team before I switched it off was the maybe Rossi got away with it more than Lorenzo liked though. Marc lent on Rossi, that's clear, and I don't think Rossi meant to knock him off but he could have run him w...

Ta. I'll check the fuel tap and plugs then try that. It was turning over for longer than a few seconds.

Re: what have you done to your "bike" today

Turned it over. Doesn't sound like much but a couple of weeks ago the starter motor wasn't even clicking. Went through all the fuses, ground connection then remembered that the seat has a sensor on it connected to the alarm. Seat on and bingo. The battery died before it fired up but a quick charge a...

Re: Virgin sky or bt

Just cancelled EVERYTHING with BT.... Added BT Sport for Free ( as I have fibre broadband) and when they bought champions league football they started charging - so I requested to cancel as I don't want to help pay the stupid price they bid for football. Anyway months later still arguing as they ar...

No, and I don't know where you came up with that.

I'm not fretting over this, just wanted to start a conversation. Some of my co-workers were talking about my "yellow" bike. My reaction = :wtf:

Likewise. He's another one I couldn't stand but recently he shown signs of having fun, even smiling. I like him more each race.

Re: Jorge Lorenzo

Can't stand him , don't know why but I just want to punch him . It's 'cause he's young and far to damn good without any real sole. I'm calling it the Bjorn Borg syndrome: a machine like ability to perform at a very high level without emotion. Somewhat unfair, since he seems to be a nice guy, but it...

Re: what have you done to your "bike" today

Another good day. Cleaned carbs, though they're a spare set so slightly cheating. Fixed choke cable. Carbs and fuel tank back on but ran out of time to fire it up.
