:? What he said , the drain pipe is there to get rid of coolant that has leaked through the mechanical seal , with bo drain it would try to migrate into the engine.

Mine is noisy also ,, I had a look a couple of months ago and the needle roller bearing in the clutch has play in it, I have spent my pounds and got a new one ,just need time to fit it. Will report when done. :?

Hi Kev I put one on my Aprilia mille a couple of years ago, I would say bling probably a touch lighter but worked as standard.

Clearly this is an old thread now but I will throw my thoughts in ! The piece that is blocking the the RH exit is the same size as the large crease in the LH standard silencer which is there to clear the chain, this allows the exhaust sound & flow to be equal on both sides of the bike.

That's now mine Tony! The cut out is where the damping adjuster lives on Maxton, its a bit grubby but should be good after service & spring.
